"Seriously disappointed - been a patient for nearly 20 years, never missed an appointment, never late. Last appointment at the end of 2019, no check up in 2020, can’t think why? Oh yes, I remember - Lockdown! Not much available in 2021 unless an emergency, thought they’d catch up with sending out reminders in 2022 but never got one. Ring today to be told I am no longer with them and no, they won’t take me! Well, I wasn’t looking forward to going since I heard that the best dentist they had retired in 2019, so maybe they’ve done me a favour, the other dentist I saw there left a bit of broken tooth in my gum which I had to have another appointment to have removed!"

They said I couldn’t get a replacement crown and couldn’t even get a temp crown in the meantime as there was too little tooth remaining. said private implant was the only option. "Appalling service!!! Used to be such a great dentist and never any problems. However, now I always have my appointments cancelled and have even rescheduled last minute at their request. But if you are a few minutes late due to traffic in town and call ahead to inform them they will make you reschedule. I will be changing dentists as soon as possible."
