"good nhs dentist they used to be excellent but they don’t take phone calls now, all calls are diverted to answerphone. So it can take anything from 24-48 hours to get a call back which isn’t good if you need urgent advise or appointment"
"The had a dentist called Sam best dentist ever but now retired he was fantastic. You struggle to get them on the phone these days and they don't get back to messages you leave. I think it might be covid related but a call back is not a lot to ask. Still Ok though as dentists go."
"When I first started seeing Dr Gill he genuinely seemed interested, soon tailed off and now he cant be bothered to do treatments that need doing. Asked many times for a filling and keep getting palmed off, now have no veneer on a front tooth and told to wait until my next checkup in April!!! Changed dentist as service is really unacceptable now."
"Re 3 strikes and out for not cancelling appointments: I can't believe someone has the cheek to complain against the Dental Practice when they are the one in the wrong! 'Forgetting to cancel twice in 2 years' doesn't sound a lot but most people only go to the dentist once every six months so at best they probably mean they forget to cancel 50% of the time! This is why it can be difficult to get appointments. They should be pleased the Dental Practice is kind enough to give them three chances before striking them off. I'm sure the reviewer would feel different if a plumber etc didn't turn up to an appointment and didn't tell them in advance."
