"What a rude and obnoxious owner. Booked my car in for an MOT at 8 am this morning. Told me that, due to being a person down, that it would 90 minutes. Arrived back after 75 minutes to find that the car hadn't even been started, even though the cars that had arrived after mine, had been started. Owner then said that he'd start but it would be 2 hours. When I told him that I was disappointed as I'd booked an 8am MOT, he replied that he doesn't have a crustal ball and that he didn't know that someone wouldn't not arrive for work. He then said that I could take my keys and go elsewhere. which I did. AVOID this self opinionated Tw*t at all costs."

"As a family we've spent many years trying to find a good honest mechanic. We found Raj and his team a few years ago and they are excellent. They have never tried to rip us off, have fitted us in a short notice and open really early in the morning so you can drop your car off before work. They look after all 4 cars in our family for servicing and repairs. My experience over the weekend is what has prompted me to write this review. I had a problem with my Mini's gearbox and feared the worst. Raj was incredibly accomodating and took my car in at short notice. It turned out that it was only a cable/linkage issue and this was fixed with no fuss and I was back in the road again in no time. My point is that he could easily have overcharged me and I would never have known. Raj just doesn't do that and that is why he has such a great business. Nobody likes spending money on car repairs but at least I know that I am getting an honest quote and the work will be carried out to a really high standard. If you are looking for a new garage to take your car to for its servicing and repairs etc then I cannot recommend RS Motors highly enough. You definitely won't be disappointed."

"I have used RS in the past via Blackcircles and they have been brilliant, but not so good on this occasion. I booked through Blackcircles as I usually do, and they immediately cancelled the Saturday appointment I booked. I then rebooked for the Friday and didn't get a confirmation email. I phoned up the day before to confirm it was going ahead, and whilst the guy I spoke to was not knowledgeable on Blackcircles specifically said he was aware of the appointment. I turned up and the staff knew nothing of the appointment, continuously saying "don't know, tyres aren't here", rather than trying to help. Quite disappointing considering the great service they offered a year previously."
