"Staff were rude and blunt, I was ignored multiple times when asking if they had any gluten free panini (as they usually do) and they didn’t but he offered no other options or help. My lactose intolerant friend was given normal milk despite asking for oat, when told the woman she was rude with no apology. It was not busy at all and When we came in we were the only ones."
"Gave us part of our drinks order and then the next drink came out it wasnt the rest of our order. Thinking it was ours I opened it up and it was a black coffee. When I queried it was told 'if you listen to what I am saying you would get the right order! We only got one of the cakes we ordered and when asked about this she said she knew what we ordered but said we had not paid for it. Could not query this as we had not been given a receipt."
"A lovely place for a short stop. Plenty of plug sockets and WiFi is good so a great place to grab a coffee and catch up on some work. Downside is the parking is free but limited to only an hour. Otherwise I'm sure I'd stay longer and spend more."
"Opened at 06.30 we arrived 08.00 so 11/2 since opening .we picked a table that needed cleaning then noticed every table in there also needed cleaning. Also the floor obviously had not been cleaned since last finish. Nice drink and food thou .wont be going back."
"Drink was really nice! So that's good. But there was one guy on struggling with a huge queue but that happens. The lost stars was because there was a lot of flies flying around behind the counter I wouldn't order food from here, was dubious about getting a drink when I saw how many flies there were. I know you can't control them fully but one of those lights might be a good shout and out just makes me wonder what's rotting away somewhere that's causing so many."
