"Went to PTS with my Peugeot for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Communication was great from booking my service to collecting my car. Marc and Lynn were friendly and personable throughout. I was talked through the work which had been done and asked if I had any questions following my service/MOT, which was nice. Another nice touch was the detailed paperwork which was presented in a neat folder. It was only a basic service on this occasion, but included a detailed inspection and the work appeared to have been carried out to a high standard and in a reasonable time frame, resulting in a fair bill. "Quite possibly the best garage I've been to and I've been to many!! I had problems with the fuel pump in my car and had been passed around many garages already and had spent in excess of £350 in people checking or misdiagnosing and making unnecessary repairs. Marc was willing to listen to what had been happening to the car, he took a look at it and sought further advice from a colleague because of the complexity of the problem. He was open and honest and even saved me money on further works that needed to be done on the car. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem that 4 other garages just hadn't managed. I'd go to him time and time again!! Such excellent help, advice and a genuine interest in Peugeot cars. He even followed up to message a week later to see if everything was ok with the car. That's something only a genuine and honest mechanic would do! Lynne was also very friendly and helpful with booking over the phone. Both Marc & Lynne run a fabulous honest and skilled garage.
