"Pulled up before 17:30pm closing time, 2 men working just now didn’t want a customer so close to closing time it seems and watches me get out my car walk towards them so he come out behind the roll and locked the door. Only wanted one thing. Poor customer service, they were just chatting doing nothing behind the till when I pulled up, even when i was driving away they were stood backs turned to the window drinking coffee, didn’t even say anything to me or me them they just turned around after locking the door and stayed that way. Seen guy have a look as I was pulling off to check I was gone sipping his coffee but no time for a customer to close to closing time. Don’t think they would like it if they needed a part, drive somewhere and someone just locked the door seeing them coming and turned their backs."

"Re previous post, I have always found them to be very helpful and courteous, I have worked on both cars and bikes for 50 year's plus and understand that they do need to clarify exactly what the customer requires as they can get frustrated if items that are presented to them are not what they wanted, it's like skinny latte, people have thier own interpretation of what it is."
"I went in asking for exactly what I needed, spark leads...the older gent looked me up and down, blanked me and said 'what? Oh you mean plug leads!' ....'arent they spark leads?'....obviously I'm an idiot and don't know that! They connect to what?! Oh yeah! SPARK plugs! Thoroughly mysoginist and insulting experience. He was just trying to put me in my place, cos why would a woman in her 30s carrying a baby know what a spark plug was, never mind the lead to connect it! Wish I'd walked out and gone to Reading. Still seething an hour later, as you can probably tell!"
