"Purchased some trays from here, which we loved initially. Had to chase up for delivery repeatedly, eventually they came. After a couple of months of being sat on a side without even being used, the trays had fading around the edges. They hadn’t come into contact with any corrosive cleaning products so forth. We were very disappointed, particularly as the trays were not cheap at all and had been brought as a special anniversary gift. We sent photos to inform Olivia’s and requested advice, perhaps some form of treatment we could apply to them or some gold paint to touch up with (we did not even wish to return the trays or have a refund). We were sent a very rude, blunt response stating they can’t help us due to time between delivery and issue arising. A commiseration at wasting close to a hundred pounds would have been nice. Or an acknowledgment that there is a design flaw with the Libra trays. Terrible customer service skills, which I find unacceptable for a company that supposedly sells high end products. We had intended to buy a large rug and other items from here, despite the faulty trays as we like their products, however we will now be taking our custom elsewhere."
"I've given two stars for the quick delivery, although we were both at work and the mirror I'd ordered was left at my back door! The Hampshire mirror looks beautiful on the website and the frame is gorgeous. However the subtle silver embellished around the frame is NOT how it comes. It looks like it's been dipped in a vat of shiny silver gloss there is that much on it. Very disappointed as totally NOT the look I want and a Christmas present too."
