"Ordered some sun loungers in March, still haven't received them and we are now the first week in October. We were very rarely kept updated with the delivery unless I prompted them for an update. No offer of a refund. I feel waiting over 6 months for delivery is unacceptable, they are blaming the situation on obtaining containers in the far East, this is not acceptable and I work in export and you can always obtain containers, yes the shipping costs have increased but there is no issue for shipping. Please avoid this company, I am absolutely gutted that 6 months on I still have nothing to show after spending nearly £1000."

"Having purchased furniture from Patten's Furniture in the past, I chose them again when replacing our 3 piece suite. The salesman showed us the selection of suites, explaining build quality, different fabrics etc, and the different prices and left us to look round. We picked the suite we liked and arranged a delivery date. The new suite was delivered and installed in our living room at the time and day as promised. All in all, another first class service. I recommend Patten's Furniture."
