"Paid then never got coffee. Stood right by the machine to watch the staff serve many coffees before I finally cracked and asked where my coffee was. Mistakes can be made obviously, and normally, I would give the benefit of the doubt. But this didn't just happen to me, it happened to two other people whilst I was there. My coffee was awful, not hot enough YET somehow came to me with that awful burnt taste you would sometimes get from inexperienced Batista's! Undrinkable if I am honest. Won't return."
