"Dunelm sent an email to cancel half of a click and collect order (one 1 of the 2 arm chairs i need are not available!)… need to see if any more are likely to come into stock and no answer on any of their telephone numbers you just get cut off! Very poor service."

"Had visited the store to buy curtains for our new house. The staff in there made us feel horrible.. Having lived in a rented accomodations earlier, we didn't have much experience about the models available. The store had good reviews and I must acknowledge it had a decent collection. When we visited (Sunday 3.40) the entire staff was busy pulling out rate cards/discount tags on the product. We were struggling to come to a conclusion on what model should we buy and asked for help. One person did answer the question but got busy with her phone. Later we chose something and were trying to find the sizes and another staff just came between us the shelves and started removing the tags..she didn't bother to ask for an excuse. We waited there till she finished off one shelf and she came back and stared with the second shelf. My wife told her that we are trying to grab things and her response was "carry on"... We were so frustrated with such treatment and left the items we picked up. On the way out asked for the manger to give feedback and our bad luck it was the same person who answered my question and went on the phone. I explained the situation and told her how unfriendly the staff are. She did apologise but didn't want to acknowledge my statement and was contradicting saying I can't categorize everyone like that. That's no way a store manager treats a frustrated customer. No effort was made to help complete our shopping and we left the store. The store needs more energetic people and smiling faces. With a manger who doesn't know to smile, everyone under her are going to be the same. It's a shame that such good stores get bad image due to people in them."

"Dunelm for all house needs, bought the best cabinet knobs for 10 pounds here, so stylish and cheap, online range bigger than the shop one but at least I love that you can buy online and collect for free in the shop! Recently some shops they make you pay for click and collect, I guess delivery from wharehouse to a shop has a cost too…anyway love it!"

Very spacious and staff are super helpful, I haven't been to another store in such a long time that offers this level of quality service and care of their store and staff like this business!! Grabbed a small side table and some lighting equipment! Didn't cost the earth and plenty to select from! 5*"
