It was clear from the outset what a great club this would be. The instructors are incredibly passionate and I can always tell how much care and attention goes in to the lesson plans. There are so many 'above-and-beyonds' with this club: great equipment; an app that we for sharing tips and progress; structured meetings where anyone can be involved in the direction of the club; social events and more. I got back in to taekwondo because I felt like I needed to stretch a bit after long hours at an office desk. In addition to my improved posture and flexibility, my fitness is great, my balance has improved, I sleep better, I'm much stronger and I feel confident that I can defend myself.
