I bought some shoes from here and wasn’t advised of their return policy by the person that processed the transaction and the sign that they have on the counter was covered by a box full of energisers so I had no idea of there policy until I came back the next day after realising I didn’t like the shoes that they wouldn’t refund me and would only give me a credit note. I have been in since and they do not sell enough for me to be able to spend the voucher received as the stock they hold is just shocking for women. Not happy at all!"

"Second time going to the eastliegh store yesterday this time with my mother for her first pair of running shoes and again they were busy which is a testament to their popularity. At no point once again did we feel rushed, on the contrary they took their time were incredibly patient and extremely helpful. My mother was extremely impressed as was I once again. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend them. Well done."
