"There was a query over pricing on a suit we had delivered to the Cramlington outlet. The Assistant Manager and Shop Assistant could not have been more helpful. Their competent professional approach coupled with a strong need to rectify the error make them a real asset to the store. Well done."

"Had placed a click & collect order. Thought it would be quicker than physically shopping myself as I was pushed for time. I was wrong! Queue at the collection point of about 10 customers, one harassed sales agent on the till. Other assistants were about but no sense of urgency to answer extra support requests needed by the harassed sales assistant. Some really annoying alarm going off constantly. Took at least 10 mins to be served. Overall a poor shopping experience. The rest of the store was quiet at the time I was there, no idea what the other staff were doing. Once eventually served by another sales agent, to top it off she couldn't even get my name right & couldn't have cared less. No apology when I corrected her."

"My closest and favourite branch of Next. Mostly use it to return items bought online as the car park is right outside and can always find a parking space. Staff are lovely and always helpful."

"My daughter has applied twice for a placement here, and been rejected twice. Seems to be no logic on the application process, even when the position is for temporary Christmas staff that requires NO experience as full training is provided. Seem to employ friends of friends that are already employees there, appears to be closed doors for not a difficult job. Seen other branches where people have no experience."

"good location but not happy about standing in a queue at till for 6 mins when the shop was quiet Only person serving had gone to find an order and it seemed none of the other staff (who pretty much outnumbered customers) could be bothered to help. Saw 3 people put their shopping down and walk out."
