I needed to urgently find a suitable pair of slippers for my 97-year-old mother at the request of her local nursing home. While my mum waited with my wife in nearby Morrison's car park, I popped in to assess how suitable this shop would be. I received a really, really warm welcome from interested and engaged staff. By the time I had returned with Mum and my wife, a chair was ready and also a line-up of slippers for Mum to try on. No-one could have been kinder and more patient. Mum, who has dementia, soaked up all of the attention and left the shop with a huge smile on her face! Well done, everyone!!"
