"Love going in this store but today was a WOW , the first time we went in ,the assistant was cleaning and said she'd be with us in a minute and didn't bother , the second time we came back to purchase a pair of men's boots ,we were served by a young lady who spoke that quietly and looked that miserable she didn't once smile or say thank you when we had finished she just walked away ,ouch .
