"Bad service today : Tried to return some overear headphones, was told one of the staff was the manager, later found out she wasn't. First lie Was told I couldn't return the headphones because Argos won't be able to return them. Challenged my consumer rights and basically hit a brick wall of I can't return them. I called head office whilst in the store and they said I could return them. Second lie I won't be buying products from here again, this is why Amazon are killing companies like Argos. One bad experience and you lose a customer for life."
