I have had great customer service from to finish and they were always there to answer and sort out any queries and were always available to reassure you and are still there to help even after installation. Amazing service and amazing kitchen! I would rate them 5/5. You need to go visit their showroom and chat to them first before you go anywhere else. They sourced everything, like appliances, for me and I got the kitchen I wanted. James was brilliant too. Jordan you’ve done an amazing job. We got there in the end! Thank you"

"My 80 year old in-laws recently moved in to a retirement flat. The oven in the new flat was too complicated for them to manage. I asked McEvoy & Rowley to suggest a replacement. They provided a list of possibles. A simple new Neff was decided upon. Easy to make appointment, engineer turned up when arranged and pre-phoned, tidy, friendly and polite. Back office work also responsive. Altogether an excellent experience - I haven’t used M & R for many years, but I think they are now first on my list to call."
