"Now, we have used this shop several times over the last 18 months and never had a problem until now. After purchasing a pair of shoes and getting them home we realised that they were slightly different colours. On returning to the shop to see if we could get our money back we were informed that the shoes were on the sale rail and the assistant refused to take them back. No offer of a credit note. Regardless to say, I don't think we will be visiting again which is unfortunate as they have some really nice stuff.we deliberately used this shop during covid to offer support to local shops. Such a shame, so it will be a trip to Portsmouth or Southampton in future."
