"Went here today and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me it's not as though they didn't know we needed help, we were walking backwards and forwards with a shoe in our hands. When we were finally served we were given the shoes to take to the till and again we had to wait for someone to serve us, (she was up a ladder sorting out hats and it was far more important to do that than serve customers!!) She didn't even say hello just scanned the shoes, didn't ask if we wanted a bag and just threw the receipt in the box and walked off. Not the best experience ever. You would think that retail stores would employ half decent individuals that actually have manners."
