They were so welcoming and friendly that as a new mum, when I got stuck later this afternoon not knowing where to change or feed my 8 week old son in the city, I felt comfortable to come back to the store to use these servicrs. They not only offered to replace the toy, they enabled my daughter to pick up the replacement from her local, Brighton store. I really appreciate how caring and understanding they have been. "Staff don't know their products and they falsely advise You to buy the wrong products. They then don't allow you to return the item as they deny all knowledge of advising you in the first place. Very poor customer service. Avoid this shop."
