"I rang the store to check that the shoes I was interested in were in stock and in size. The phone was answered very promptly and professionally to confirm, yes. On checking the price I replied that this was more than I had intended to pay and the assistant was extremely helpful in suggesting that I might like to get an on-line 'voucher code' to qualify for a discount. At a further call with her she patiently explained to me how to do this! I visited the store subsequently with the code (and was warmly greeted by the same person who even had the shoes put aside ready for me to try) and made the purchase, thereby saving 20% in the process! The excellent customer service I received far exceeded my expectations and I would like to highly commend sales assistant 'Linda' for delivering this. I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!"
