"I went shopping today with my boyfriend. I was trying on dresses and he was waiting for me at the entrance of the changing rooms. He wasn’t standing anywhere near dressing rooms. I went out to show him a dress. And an employee with a big bow in her hair told him he needs to leave as he was a male. No where did it say no males weren’t allowed in. Also he wasn’t actually standing near. She also wasn’t nice about it at all. Very rude. This is not the first time this employee has been rude."

"Refused refund for a tagged dress tag no way could be removed for tiny speck easily brushed off probably picked up from quiz plastic bag. Rudest manager. Never shop there unless 100% sure not returning item especially at this store. As a barrister never encountered such ridiculousness and utter nonsense. Worst customer service!"

"Refused refund due to rain patches on a dress. I stayed in the shop for around 30 mins waving around the dress until the wet patches were completely gone and dress was in perfect condition. Store manager still refused a refund after proceeding to tell me the item “still felt damp” just to prove a point - when the item had no wet patches and was in resealable condition. I walked out and came back 10 mins later with the exact same dress and the manager was on her break (she had told her colleagues not to refund me if I came back until she got off her break which I was told wouldn’t be for another 40 mins) yet, she came to serve me anyway after seeing me walk in and accepted the refund. I hadn’t done anything different to the dress yet suddenly she said it felt “much better” and I was allowed a refund?! She knew from the start that the very slight wet patches were just from rain droplets getting into the bag and once dried, would be just fine - wasted an hour of my time for no reason and after seeing previous reviews about refused refunds, would make me feel very uncomfortable buying from here knowing the store manager refuses refunds for no apparent reason and she’ll use any excuse to not give you your money back!"

"The manager left the shop for an hours lunch and none of the staff were authorised to do returns. Seems stupid that no one else is trained, and customers unable to return their items, or expected to hang around waiting for up to an hour."

"Love this shop, but yesterday faced with rude customer service. Wanted to return back the item I bought online as I was collecting same time my new order. Return wasn't accepted without any reason, just send me to the post office instead. Two stars to the sales assistant, not for the shop."
