"Yesterday I ran an in-person planning event with 13 brilliant business women. We danced, we laughed, we cried, we hugged, we created awesome plans with the universe and we ate THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD! For me, having really delicious food at my events is crucial. People are putting a lot of energy and effort into the day and a yummy, nutritious lunch is vitally important to support learning and processing. I couldn’t have asked for more from Ania's Kitchen. Not just for the food, but the care she takes in the menu preparation, the presentation and overall service. As a business owner, I felt supported and that I didn’t have to worry about the catering in any way. I will be booking you for all my future events! Thank you so much."
"Update March 2023 We still keep a stock of Ania’s pierogi in the freezer but I’ve amended this because we’ve just been to our 3rd Polish Evening at Nova Forest Kitchen. As always Ania’s food was superb and there were a lot of people there enjoying it. Keep an eye out for the next one, it’s well worth going to. Original Dated 2022 We love Ania’s pierogi and always have some in the freezer, quick and easy to cook from frozen. My favourites? Savoury: Ruskie, Farmerskie, Chicken & Chorizo served with sauerkraut and drizzled with light soy sauce. Sweet: Apple & Cinnamon and Banana & Chocolate (which taste amazing) with ice cream or cream. But don’t let me influence you, try them all!"
"I attended an evening of Polish cooking recently in Dibden Purlieu. It was great from start to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful and the preparation for the evening showed in the detail. A flower for the lady and a sweet for the man on each table and a video of Poland running throughout the evening. The food was gorgeous, chicken soup then beef goulash followed by apple and cinnamon pierogi. Thank you Ania a thoroughly lovely evening."
"Ania's butternut squash soup could wake me from a coma - it's DELICIOUS. It's a comforting hug from a friend in a tub, I'd recommend her cooking to anyone who loves hearty, homemade, cozy food that comes from the heart."
"My husband and I recently visited Nova Kitchen for the Polish Experience provided by Ania’s Kitchen. Pierogi is a particular favourite of mine so I was super excited. As soon as we arrived, we were given a warm welcome and seated at our table. There was Polish music playing and some pictures/videos of Poland playing on a screen which was a wonderful way to introduce another culture. There was some extra information for us to read whilst at the table which was interesting to read. The menu was a set menu, and the starter was a meat soup. My husband said it was full of flavour. As a vegetarian, I was given a sour soup that was delicious! The main was Ruskie - a cheese and potato filled Pierogi which was delicious! Dessert was a cheesecake that was scrummy. We were very excited to see that there may be another Polish event and we will definitely book up!!"
