"This was a very different Pizza Express that I am used too. As we entered we we’re waiting for a 5 min period while staff were behind the desk. On being seated we had to ask the staff members to come take our order, but they stood there and looked at each other, strange. When the order was placed the food was below what is the standard in London. And lastly there was a very unfriendly atmosphere apart from one Asian lady who was lovely, and I’m guessing the manager. Overall it was a standard visit, but the staff attitude was not what I was expecting from a customer obsessed brand!"
