"Disgusting service! Ordered from here tonight, my meal turns up all fine until I took a bite and had to spit my food out to find a hair! Rung the branch really reasonably and explained the situation to “the manager”. He replied “well I will send more” I politely declined and said no thank you we have hardly ate any of the food now I would just like money back. In which the very defensive manager tried to say he doesn’t understand why it’s in there and they don’t offer refunds. So WARNING if you get a hair in your food don’t except YOUR money back!"
