"I was pleased with the service this evening at this Pizza Hut store. On placing my order, it was ready in 15 minutes. I came to collect my order from the store, in which I had to wait for about 5 - 10 minutes. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by the Shift Manager/Main Manager. Who apologized for keeping me waiting, and even gave me a free bottle of drink as thank you for my patience. That to me is great customer service. The pizzas I ordered were both good, and were a good portion size for a large pizza. Nothing to complain from my friends, family, nor myself. For the sides, the only thing I would say is just increase the amount of wedges. As for feeding for four adults, a few more could have been added."
