"Such a bad experience with Celine Flowers!! Really disappointed!! I ordered flowers for 100 euros (selected the prime option at this prime price for my anniversary) + 19.95 euros for 3 heart balloons + 18 euros for box of chocolates. Total order was for grand 150.9 euros (imcludomg delivery charges) However: (1) Product was partially delivered i.e 1 balloon although i ordered 3 heart balloons (2) Some flowers were not fresh and looked old.Such a shame that i paid such a prime price for such a low quality product (3) 1 chocolate was missing from the chocolate box! Such a shame!! If you want your day to be special, NEVER order from Celines Flowers & Gifts else you can end up like me."

"I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers yesterday from Celine's Flowers. They were very well presented , smelt wonderful and really brightened up my day. I've used Celine's flowers before, most recently 2 weeks ago when I ordered flowers for delivery through Karen. I found Karen to be most courteous and polite. The flowers were delivered the same day and were exquisite. Having been on the receiving end of a fabulous bouquet yesterday I have no issues with highly recommending Celine’s Flowers."
