A person bought flowers for 400 Euro for his wife, and when she came with her daughter to pick up the flowers, and showed her ID, the store refused to give her the flowers because "she had to bring the actual credit card that was used for the online purchase". It was impossible at the moment, as the person who bought the flowers was miles away. It was very humiliating, and the birthday was ruined."
