Reviews
"Good price for old phone locked to network. Lots of hoops to go through to sell. They don't unlock phones at the Square, Tallaght, and neither do the mobile network shops in the centre."
"Have a good experience with the shop. Bought the phone, but unfortunately it was faulty microphone. I went back and in 30 minutes phone was checked and I was offered exchange or full refund. No hassle at all."
"I went into your Tallaght branch with my elderly Grandad to look for a phone, the one he has is not holding a charge and he wanted the same one again, a Nokia 800 tough which is on the website. We stood there for a few minutes and there was a guy with long light brown hair labeling games. He didn't even look up and there were a few people standing around waiting. I approached him and asked if he could help. He didn't even look up just in the most bored voice said "yeah". I asked about the phone and he just said no. I then asked if there was anything similar and he goes that one and pointed over at a case full of phones, I said which one and he again just said that one. When I finally figured out which one "that one" was I realised it wasn't even close to what we were looking for. His customer service was absolutely appalling, he has zero interest in actually helping and made us feel like a burden. Terrible experience and appalling customer service!"
"Absolutely shocking customer service. I would give this zero stars if I could. I was lied to in here last week and sold a game under false pretences. When I went back to return the game I was told I could only have store credit. I said I wanted a refund as the error was not mine. Was left waiting ages while the staff member kept going in the back to check things. Eventually got my money back but staff member was incredibly rude. I will never use this store again. Avoid at all costs!"
