Reviews
"Excellent service. I was very impressed with the staff."
"Had a horrific experience with Pharmacist Aaron who refused me rights to by an OVER THE COUNTER product for my sick daughter who was crying in my arms. He refused me the right to purchase a cream(Daktarin) for my daughter and lied that they weren’t licensed to sell it to me - that it was a product for over 12 year olds and condescended me about my choice of purchase suggesting I just give my daughter water if she’s in pain or to try a&e ??? AFTER I HAD ALREADY BEEN RECOMMENDED BY MY GP TO PURCHASE THE EXACT CREAM THAT DOESNT REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION. I insisted with the girl on the till that I was entitled to buy the OTC cream without prescription and clear as day on the box it says SUITABLE FOR NAPPY RASH and she agreed and proceeded with the transaction whilst the pharmacist continued to undermine me and argue with me. He blatantly lied and gave me misinformation about the product, this is the height of unprofessionalism and in his field that incompetence could cause someone ill serious damage- thankfully I didn’t listen to him and already my daughters improving thanks to the cream. Once I purchased it and asked his name and read the side of the box to him that completely contradicted everything he had argued with me over it confirmed that he isint fit for his role. I will never shop in this store again thanks to this horrific experience. Some product knowledge, professionalism and compassion with a distressed mother and her sick child would go a long way!! — to note the two ladies working were lovely this review is solely for my experience with pharmacist ‘Aaron Mcintern’ ."
"Security guard made me feel very uncomfortable and followed me around the shop. I don't leave the house much because of anxiety and thought I'd treat myself to something nice. Bad experience but not to worry Lloyds got my money instead"
"Not as much variety as the bigger stores. There's not as many staff either so you usually have to queue just to ask where something is. Personally I find the staff nicer in Liffey Valley. It is handy though."
"Very friendly staff who always seem run off their feet but still greet you and serve you with a smile"
