"Great range of groceries. Delicious fruit and vegetables. Helpful friendly cashier. Will definitely return"
"I stopped by Moldova Store this evening. It is very conveniently located in the city center. There is a lot, really a lot of everything to pick from, in store. Unfortunately, I was there just before closing time so I just asked the lady at the till if there was anything from Ukraine but she said she did not know. I noticed the store had some foods made in Russia on display. I rate three stars because I picked a few fresh tomatoes I was told they cost 3.50 per kilo but at the till I was charged 4.50 per kilogramme for them. I only noticed as soon as I left the store and I could not return because the store was closed. I feel cheated."
"Small place. Quite a useful selection on one hand, quite a unefficient shelf configuration on the other. I found it quite baffling that the alocated so much shelf space to spices. Maybe they had a stock shortage of other products at the time? Who knows. I shall give some points for the vibes of the place. The white-beige-yellow color scheme with red accents, the not so readable printed price tags, the apparent mess of overcrowded products: a rather authentic Balkan/Romanian aesthetic vibes in terms of the sadness and mediocrity of the service sector. But it doesnt smell like some of those places, so that's a big plus."
"Small shop but you can find everything you need from fresh fruits, vegetables and fresh meat to salami and cheese! Nice selection of alcohol and sweets from home! Helpful and friendly staff! Keep up the great great work!!!"
"If like me, you are disappointed by capital city's lack of markets, Moldova can fill a gap. One of the best for fresh vegetsbles and fruits. I don't know which Moldova is dominant, the former soviet republic or the romanian... but there is a lot of Black Sea and Middle East exotism in this shop to satisfy any gourmet. Unlike supermarkets but for similar prices their avocados and mango are ready to eat, for 1,50€ you have more parsly than you can eat in one week, cherries, grapes and watermelon are mouth watering. Try it once!"
