"Great shop for Polish and other European foods in Dublin at affordable prices. Fresh bread available 5 days a week, a large selection of crisps, teas, there is fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, dairy items, frozen foods, a large selection of meat from their deli meat, cheeses and butcher counters, and beer. Looking to save a wee bit if money and get quality food then check out To Tu on Cork Street in Dublin 8. The employees are very friendly and helpful here at To Tu."
"Owners and staff are number one. Tiny compact store with some selection of quality fruits and veggies, bakery and many other products from Poland. Also honestly maybe small selection of fresh meat, but it's always excellent quality."
"Good choice of products but staff is absolutely ridiculous and rude. They keep following you around like you are stealing something EVERY TIME. It makes you so uncomfortable. I'm still coming there because I can get some products from my country but definitely avoiding going there if I have opportunity to go to any other Polish store. It doesn't matter how many times you come there, they will follow you around anyway while giving you that suspicious look. Very bad, gonna lose customers that way."
"THREATENING AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR: Just had the opposite experience to one of the positive reviewers on here. I stepped into the shop this afternoon to buy a few things and was immediately approached by a male member of staff who was clearly upset by my presence, apparently for the sole reason that I was wearing a mask?! Sure, they are no longer required but they are of course optional. I had a reason for wearing it, not that he asked (nor would it be his business anyway). Within a minute of being there he made it very clear from his tone of voice and aggressive behavior towards me that I was being told to leave. He demanded I take off my mask, then at the door when I made to leave, he continued to verbally abuse me, staring me down at the door while he switched to his language - let's just say it was clear he was not giving me compliments, whatever it was! This was a very unsettling experience. His manner was bullying and his behavior was irrational. I would gladly make a formal complaint to management, but they don't have a working website. The owner should be aware of how his staff is treating customers. I welcome contact from management if they happen to read this. Though if that guy is the owner I hope to never cross his path again! I have shopped here regularly for years and was never made to feel unwelcome before. And I've spent plenty of money here, but never again. And neither will my friends or local school community. It's a real shame."
"Great choice of very good quality produce. Also, I have medical condition and cannot wear mask. The owner showed his understanding without any harassment maintaining all safety measures - not like in a lot of other places where they force me to wear mask causing me a lot of distress. Great place, people and food.."
