"I did order at 24 December, OK I understand that could be holidays. But 27 they are open. Now is 29 December, nobody answered to me. I called them, WhatsApp them, email them, send msg in Instagram. Are they scam. I shouldn't even ordered from them. As what u ordered I need very important. Update: In today's date where everything is so easily updated, that could avoided by a simple post on your Insta about your working hours. As an expecting mum I place an order because I was worried about the health of my baby. Knowing you are providing delivery service in 1or 2 days. I don't know your logistic issues. But I did send emails, WhatsApp messages and tried to call. It took me a Google review to get your respond. Not a good customer service I have to say."
"I wouldn't normally leave a review for this reason, but a number of other reviewers reported difficulties in getting in touch with this supplier. We ordered a play pen and when a part was missing we started getting worried... with companies with such reviews you always feel it will be grand as long as there isn't a problem with your order. We rang and emailed and no response for a couple of days. At that point I considered leaving a bad review here - that seems to get their attention. Before I did we tried ringing again and they answered on the first ring and moreover had the missing part sent down to us by the next morning. I think you can trust this company but just know the communication isn't very hectic by them, but when you do contact them they do make things right. Worth the risk in other words. The play pen is a fine job too."
