"I placed an order through the online store and was very happy with how easy it was to shop from the Robyns Nest on line. Later I received a phone call from the store saying there was a small problem with my order and they asked would I like my money back. As The lady was very helpful on the phone making the effort to call and discuss the problem, I asked her to help me pick out an alternative item instead. She sent me some photo's on whatsapp of really great products and I chose a replacement. The lady then personally delivered the item to my house later that day. Really great customer service, which can be so rare. I will definitely support this local Irish store again and I would encourage the reader to do so too.
