"Would like to just say how nice Ciaran was at M&S in Grafton Street, He assisted anyone who'd need a good new suit. He went above and beyond and I will be looking forward to seeing him again once I come by to get my next suit."
"Has food, clothes, 2 cafe, bathroom, and baby feeding / changing room. You can get coffee or food to go from ground floor cafe or to sit down at the rooftop cafe (3rd floor). Wheelchair accessible. Food hall downstairs have a lot of nice food but does not sell a lot of stuff apart from food (some books, flowers and cards only) so not really a super market. Bathroom are not that clean but not to the point where you’d rather walk to Brown Thomas instead... There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom on second floor with a nursing room / baby changing room beside it. The nursing room provides the bare minimum. It has a sofa to sit (see photos) but does not have a lock to lock the room. It also doesn’t have a tap to wash your hands at the changing table."
"A wonderful store. The M&S Café is always a neat choice wether you want to take a break in the middle of the day or to dine in. The stairway is classy & beautiful. Great range of products available. A must-go!"
"Considering the flow of customers who go through it every day, it's incredible how lovely, kind and helpful the staff is. It's a nice store, as most M&S are. I wish for two things : 1. Why did they place the tills on the first floor by an open storage door? The sales persons are freezing! It's pretty unkind, considering the difficult job they do. 2. I often go for gluten-free groceries there, which are delicious- but the stock is perpetually depleted. It's pretty frustrating."
"If your looking for a great cup of coffee on Grafton Street in Dublin, Ireland I highly recommend the M&S Cafe. Upon entering I was made feel very welcome by the staff. Talked with a Gentleman that runs the Cafe originally from Portugal. You could tell he takes a lot of pride in his job, establishment and taking care of his customers. I ended up having an amazing cappuccino and a slice of carrot cake. The Cappuccino was absolutely amazing and the carrot cake was so fresh and was delicious. This establishment is very clean and has clean restrooms. It is located on the very top of Marks&Spencer. You can utilize the elevator to get to this amazing cafe. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland. I have traveled all over the world with the US Marines and the United States. I definitely know a great Cafe from all my travels. With out saying any more I definitely recommend M&S Cafe located within Marks&Spencer on Grafton Street. This establishment rates ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and more ! I definitely will return to M&S Cafe upon my next visit to Ireland. A must visit if you are on Grafton Street, Dublin, Ireland!"
