We were in today with my 2 and 4 years old they were just exploring around, a women staff shouted at my kids said shouldn't trying on glasses because they are expensive and this is not a playground! OMG my kids were shocked and cried when we get back to the car. I am here to manage my kids not you and you shouldn't talk to my kids straighty like that! Did you even train your staffs how to deal with your customers? Do you know you should notice their parents before talk to their kids like that? Educated your staffs before you put them out!
