"Went in for a harness, was so happy to find bigger sizes, I also got a bra fitting and the store attendant hanna was so sweet and helpful, all the staff were super kind, will definitely come back"
"The manager is AWFUL. She was the worst employee there, while the other girls were nice and supportive. You really need to question your choice of making her the manager. I came up to return a faulty item, she didn't even hear what I was saying, she interrupted me and completely disregarded me as a customer and jumped the idea that she "cannot take that back", when she didn't even see that the product fell apart - and that your policies say I can get a refund or a replacement. I got a gift card in the end but that's not what I wanted, I wanted my money back, but I didn't want to argue with such a nasty personality, so I tried to leave peacefully. I felt like she was ready to fight with me, and she was veeeeeery condescending. Incredible, I couldn't believe a sales person could treat me that way, like she doesn't want me to be there. And all the young staff members and customers were witnessing that and clearly felt uncomfortable. She should really rethink working in the customer service, she is just not a right fit for the position. The way she strolled around like she's the center of the room, acted up, ignored me and treated me like a nuisance in her furry coat, huge eyelashes and her fake posh attitude, maybe she should go back to live in her castle on the top of the hills, because she doesn't know how to treat us peasants with respect and dignity, and she doesn't know how to enforce store's policies fairly and communicate them properly. She was too full of herself to admit she was wrong for jumping the thought, and not letting me speak, I know she thought she was doing the right thing and even if she was right in her mind, the way she handled me and the way she behaved towards the other employees should be supervised and her working methods should be reassessed. It's in your store's best interest. Nasty behaviour. Not just uncomfortable, but really nasty. I'm not sure what's her train of thought but I wasn't there to see her majesty and admire her bullying me. I was there to return the faulty item. And I've got no money back. Vile behaviour. Awful example to the rest of the staff there"
"Lovely shop, I had a woman named Marian/Mariam (my hearing is not good) and she was so helpful, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was amazing !"
"Went in to get a bra fitting which a lovely sales assistant Jurgita helped me out with. Unfortunately had no luck, but she tried her best. Amongst all the staff working, I did expect a bit more customer service as I was left wandering around alone for quite a while, even when I was told to come out of the changing room when I was ready to be shown around for my options. They've good sales on when they do and a rather large range of lingerie and other things. :)"
"The most loveliest girl helped me yesterday. She sized me and helped me pick out a bra set I never got her name but she had short orange hair and was just absolutely amazing 100% will go back again next time I’m in dublin"
