"Absolutely LOATHE this particular Dunnes. I find the one in kilnamanagh a much better store. The only reason i bother going into this store is just for convenience but my experience is always left disappointing. Staff are slow, easily distracted and rude. They do be looking around and talking to other staff members on the till. So frustrating. Takes 20 mins to get through the till process. Management never around and staff get away with their behaviour. They need training on how to deal with customers or be replaced!!! Not one bit helpful and everything is expensive. Dont expect change as management are not doing the job they are paid for and the staff run the show."
"Where to start with this branch. Firstly I once used to shop here twice in the past and sometimes three times a week. Over those years I have noticed it has gone downhill. Secondly some of the fruit especially the pears were once soft and juicy and for a long time are rock hard. The peppers are one of the dearest items in the vegetable section. The single bread rolls should be wrapped up individually just like the Wexford branch and Super Valu. Thirdly I have no idea who the supplier of the meat is but it must be the same now as it was in the past. The meat is tough and tasteless. I would rather buy the meat in the butcher's next door. The issue of certain foods being recalled there are no signs outside the entrance to say what they are. Finally those self service sections are a waste of time when using the vouchers. I was looking for help which was not great as it seems the staff are more interested in talking to each other instead. As for the headquarters itself I can't understand how they can't issue the vouchers to the right address. I never received any back in August 2022 only having to wait until Christmas 2022 for the whole lot together. Not good enough."
"Staff are great but who ever is the buyer for the clothes really needs to look Into different body shapes firstly nothing in the shop is sized correctly its extremely annoying having to bring 3 different sizes of the one iteam in to try on thats how out of whack they are . Plus about 90 % of all the clothes are designed for people with a short body every jumper in the place is like a belly top on me an it's such a pity as they are such beautiful colours but they literally come to my belly button an in the winter I'd like a jumper that comes half way down my hips an feels cozy an warm, it's been about 10 years since I could find a varity in styles even the blouses t-shirt and dresses it's awful an I meet women complaining of the same thing every time an it's an awful shame as I see so many things I want but no its all for short body's. Coats are the only available item for other body shapes .But to my surprise this past 2months there was actually new pyjamas in stock that had a longer top an wer perfect soft an comfortable €15 so I got all 3 colours just incase it's a one off . Seriously it would be amazing if we could get with the times as everyone knows theres so many body shapes out there please as ive a longer torso like lots of women i know we all say your styles an colours are to die for but you only cater for a shape . But otherwise the staff are 5STAR they work super hard and are more friendly than ever even though the poor thing are always too warm as the heating makes customers want to buy an run but the staff are stuck there all day an still are helpfull fun an great with kids an older people and even the awkward grumpy customers are dealt with politely"
"Good value in the Dunnes cafe. You get charged per item after 12 but you can get the 3,4 or 5 item deal before 12."
"Surprisingly large Dunnes. Staff Professional. Prices aren't the cheapest but the foods good and always stocked."
