I didn’t care too much about the other things, but the coat was one of my favourites, and I was quite upset at it being gone. I tried to follow it up with PRS, but they weren’t interested in the slightest unfortunately. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, as they took no responsibility whatsoever when I followed up."
