"Very good place to go for a swim or to enjoy the nice sauna, spa and the steam room. After being in there I felt very relaxed and my skin was amazing."
"The NAC is a great place for families. The only down side is they charge more now for 2 hours then pre cobid for a whole day. The life guards are all miserable and we spent 30 mins queuing for a slide with only 5 people in front for no apparent reason. I'd still go again, but once a year rather than once a month like we used to."
"Car park nearly full, entrance to aqua zone is all the way around to the rear of building through half a marquee structure. If it's raining, you're standing in the rain between marquee and doorway. Not enough family sized changing cubicles despite it being sold as a family venue. Lots of single cubicles which are of no use if you've got a child that needs assistance with dressing etc. Lots of lockers open but missing keys. The key we got had a broken strap so needed to be carried in pocket. Family drier was out of order. Strict online booking of timed slots for weekends and school holidays. Prices have gone up, investment in maintenance not reflected in price increase. Wouldn't be in a hurry to visit again."
"Great place, great gym and great facilities. I do wish they added a trunks dryer to the men's area like they have the women's. The gym could improve more by having a boxing bag or two, even in the aerobics room!"
"Clean, very well maintained, great staff, reasonable opening hours and not too busy. Definitely worth a trip and/or membership"
