"Didn't know what price/performance ratio to expect from hostels in Dublin, but it definitely should be better than this. The rooms are very spartan, which wouldn't be a big problem in a student hostel, but they were also very untidy. Also, the facilities are quite meager, one should think that you can expect at least a toilet brush. On the plus side, the location within the city is good and we got a baby cot without extra fee. However, the prices are definitely to high compared to what you get."
"Avoid it if you can. We picked this place as all the other options were really expensive, so it must just be Dublin. We still wouldn’t call this accommodation affordable either. So for €170+ a night, we expected some basic luxuries!! You have to rent your own towels for €3.50. No bath mats. The hallways stank of BO. The kitchen was a bit of a mess - you had to use the cutlery available from previous tenants. The bed is quite cramped for two people. There were some hairs in the bathroom and stains in the room from previous student tenants. No hangers! There’s no working AC. And the window offers no privacy, so if you want natural light, be prepared to be seen. Overall, we just didn’t feel comfortable at all. Don’t expect your typical hotel amenities here! The gym looked decent and the staff were friendly, however."
"VERY NOISY AT NIGHT-AVOID THIS PLACE In order to go to your room, you need to go through a fire door which makes bang noises every time you open and close it. Your room door is also a fire door. That’s the worst thing when people come and go at night. You hear banging noises all night. Then on the other side of the room, where it has a ground for parking and people walking and talking. It doesn’t help with the glass windows. From the top of the room, you can also hear people from the room on top of your room doing things. If you wanna sleep at night then don’t stay here. I think they should put a big note saying that they have a fire door and it could cause noise at night. Another thing is that the shower head in the bathroom was kind of broken, the water wasn’t coming out probably. The staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t show you all the things you need to know for checking in. Plus they charge you when you want to leave your bag there after checking out. So considering it. I must say that it’s the worst place I’ve been and it doesn’t worth every cent to stay here. I recommend paying a bit more to stay in other comfortable places. I’ll Never come back again. If I could give zero star I'll do that."
"The facilities are good, the rooms are basic, but they have everything you need for a couple of days visiting town. The only setback is that they are still figuring out how to run the accommodation as a hotel, so expect delays and things not working out the first time. However thumbs up for the staff, they are extremely friendly and they try their best to make sure your problems are solved. If you are looking for comfort, book another hotel, if you want convenience and are willing to wait (a couple of hours) to get a room at a cheap price, then this is the place for you. I have to say I did not use the kitchen, but they always looked clean. We were also surprised how nice the gym was."
"These are exactly as described - student dorms. I reserved a double bed on AAA to book the room and received exactly that room. To get to the room, I was given a proximity key that got into the building that the unit was in, the floor that the unit was on and then the room itself. Communal kitchens are on each floor and well stocked with utensils and a kettle for tea and basic appliances (kitchen is shared amongst ~5 rooms). Bathroom is very small, as expected (shower, no tub and water pressure often fluctuates based on usage in the building). Amenities (laundry, gym) are great and everything is very new and the front desk provides towels and travel soap, hair products and there is communal detergent in the laundry room (using the laundry machines is via circuit app). There is 24/7 front desk service and if you arrive before checkout or would like to explore after room checkout, they are happy to hold bags. Conveniently located (within 30min walk of everything that I wanted to visit) and you really can’t beat the price. If you require a nice bed to sleep, you may want to consider if a dorm mattress is ok (they are very stiff)"
