"Apartment located at 103 Seville Plaza in Dublin 1, booked via BOOKING; Floor requested had (1st) then changed (last), I was told that I had to report my disability, if we make wishes it is because there are reasons: intrusion into my private life. Not very popular neighborhood: drinking, smoking and not legal tobacco, fire from a pile of rubbish in front of the rental, not two alcoholic men: obliged to call the fire brigade. The living room overlooks the street with parking and train station; the room on railway track, dilapidated houses, windows of the living room not insulated. Noisy apartment, trains and cars constantly passing by, feeling that the trains will cross the living room because the walls and floors vibrate a little. You will also enjoy the smells of tobacco, frying, etc. from your neighbors from the room through the ventilation. The windows are not well insulated, you will be cold if you approach them, cleaning not done (toilet brush, floors, tiles, dust, etc.), rusty cooking plates, floor slats are peeling off, dirty towel found in the cupboard, not coat rack, very few dishes and the bouquet the front door has been tampered with or broken so difficult to open and play when you want to close it. wifi works, tv does not work. Empty kitchen cupboards Missing crockery, Washing machine But nothing to extend this one. For my part, I will not return there and I gave photos to the agency which rents via Booking as well as to Booking directly from the day after our arrival; no one intervened or came. As the agency that rents told me, "you have to inquire, come and see the places" but when we look at the photos and the comments, a selective sorting is done, we are only shown the best and under the good angle. Do not hesitate to zoom in on my photos to see dust, defects etc... and as you do not do the inventory with someone from the rental on arrival, perhaps this will save you inconvenience and lose your deposit because after your departure, they make an inventory without you. Hence the importance of immediately reporting problems and taking pictures. Booking only offers 40€ of credit on my booking account, this corresponds to the cleaning that I paid before my arrival and not done, Booking makes fun of its customers and the rental agency plays dead. To flee !"
