"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The products are nice when they arrive, I just hope that you are not expecting the jewellery to last more than 3 months and if you do purchase an item from this business that it never breaks or needs to be replaced as you literally will be asked by the boss/owner/manager John to “question your own honesty policy,” and you will be made feel like it is your fault that their low quality jewellery has broken, you will then be sent a replacement chain of poor quality in separate parts that you have to figure out how to put together yourself. And you cannot review them or reach them on social media platforms as they will search for you and block you before you can even think of doing this! I’ve attached two photos, one showing the original chain and the replacement lower quality they replaced this with, and the second photo showing the chain they have had to replace again (for a second time less that 4 weeks later) without a clasp and in separate parts that I don’t know how to join together - after a lengthy phone call from John arguing, playing the blame game telling you that you must have been applying pressure for it to break and asking you to question your own honesty policy and also asking if you have been “performing magic tricks” for the “high quality chain” to break again in less than a few weeks of being replaced.. all within 3 months of purchasing the original product. Do not waste your money here!!"
