"Bought my partners engagement ring here a couple of weeks ago, the ring itself was beautiful and well priced. Although I had a few issues when it came to sizing. I told the lady I wanted an L but not being familiar with ring sizes she convinced me to buy an N, she kept telling me my partners fingers will swell or something. On finally proposing the ring was like a hoola-hoop on my partner which is disappointing seeing as I knew the correct size and was convinced otherwise. I then brought the ring back into the store where I was told I had to wait two weeks to get the proper size delivered which I did. I came back two weeks later to be told then that it hadn't come in yet that it might be in the following day. I came the following day again and was again being told it wasn't in, by one member of staff who seemed a bit complacent about my concern before she was interrupted by another staff member who explained that she saw the ring that morning. It became a bit of a verbal tennis match with one staff member convinced it was the there and the other believing the opposite. She finally went to check after all of the debacle to find it was there. I finally managed to get my ring after a two week pain in the rear to a happy fiancée. As I said the ring is amazing but the trouble was unnecessary and at times unprofessionally handed. If your going to argue over a ring that I'm financially invested in please don't do it Infront of me."
