And sent over various images after our call. Pairing my shortlisted 3 rings with the wedding band. It was so helpful and made me sure that my final choice was the right one. My engagement ring arrived and it was more than I could have ever imagined. The packaging alone is an experience and something that is so carefully thought out. The whole process is just exciting! I had a last minute request, I needed a wedding band and went to order it online around 3 weeks before my wedding when I found out it normally takes 6 weeks to have it done. I emailed the team at Chupi to see if there was anything they could do for me so I could have my dream wedding band on time for my wedding in the UK. They were unbelievably helpful, replied the next day and checked in with the team and were able to make the ring for me extremely fast. The ring only took one week to arrive after I had contacted them and it came in the most beautifully packaged box, with incredible pink ribbons and the cutest ring box! I highly recommend Chupi for your jewelry needs, not only is the team incredibly attentive and helpful but the way their heirlooms are packaged with such care is amazing. "I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I got a necklace from my boyfriend 2 years ago, which I wear every single day and love so much. It had turned a little bit bronze-ish. I was going to Dublin for holidays, so I checked with Chupi in advance to see if I could bring it into their store to see what they could do to clean it up. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They send my piece back to the Atelier to get cleaned up and replated so it would look like new. I also don't live in Ireland anymore and they were so accommodating in sending it abroad free of charge. Absolute impeccable service and amazingly beautiful pieces of jewellery.
