"My wife and I are a huge fan of this brand. We always shop online but, this time we decided to visit this particular store in Dublin on Henry street. The sales representative was extremely rude, we were looking at this particular design we had seen online and she treated us like we weren’t serious buyers or something and that we were wasting “her” time. I believe either we buy or not, it’s the representative’s responsibility to make sure we get the right service. After my wife was done trying it on, this sales rep. just packed the bracelet and started taking it to the back without even asking us about what do we want to do next or saying anything as a matter of fact. I was surprised. Generally all the sales reps at all Dublin stores are really nice folks! Regardless, we did tell her that we want to buy it and that we came in with that intention after looking this up on the brand’s website. She brought it back and we asked her about the price and if there were any on going store promotions to which she said, “oh! Since, you have looked it up online, you should already know the price”. This was not acceptable. I guess this store needs to upgrade their guest relations policy. Will be sticking to shopping online."

"What a genuine manager I’ve met today at the Swarovski store. I was disappointed that the New Years sale ended so quickly and I wasn’t aware of it when I had my eyes on a beautiful pair of puffins. The manager explained the situation to me and did everything to accommodate me. Thank you so much, I don’t have her name, but she was the Italian lady. Thanks to her I will most certainly become a more frequent customer at Swarovski."

"I went to this shop with a friend looking for a ring. The staff were joking and laughing loud between them. We interrupt them and asked about the ring, one of them said: No, we don’t have. Then, we saw it displayed and asked to another one if we could see it. She was in the mobile and replied “I will see” and didn’t move. Another girl came to us after some min and tried to find the ring model. The shop was busy and she had difficulties to find the right box. It was definitely not personal. As we saw at that moment many customers had the same bad experience."

"A few months back, I dropped off a pair of earrings to get a replacement stone for one of them. At the time, I was informed it would take 6-8 weeks, but I imagine it took longer with Christmas in the middle. I had pretty much given up hope, when I received a call from the store manager to say that unfortunately Swarowski was unable to fit a replacement stone as they were no longer in stock. The manager was deeply apologetic and invited me to choose another pair of earrings for the same value. I stopped by the store last week and was treated in an incredibly warm, kind and courteous way by the staff. The earrings I chose were of a higher value, but I gladly paid the difference. It was an excellent show of customer service Swarowski Henry Street and truly appreciated."
