From start to finish Ellen was incredible, she listened carefully to what both myself and my partner wanted and we both found our rings on the first few that she brought out to us. She put us at ease and was great for advice about sizing and cost. She gave us multiple options for payments and couldn’t have been nicer and genuinely interested in us and her job. The customer service in this store is fantastic and the craftsmanship of their pieces is beautiful.
