"I have bought quiet a good few pieces of jewelry here over the years and have being very happy with the service and the products.. recently bought a chain for my son's gratation and the catch came of .. no problem brought it back to be fixed . I was told by a young man working there he'd have to send it away as they had no pieces to fix the chain there no problem. He took my phone number told me it'd be ready in a week . Went back to collect the chain a week later he told me the piece that was needed to fix the chain hadn't come in I was a bit confused as he said he was sending it away. His attitude was what was the rush on fixing the chain and he couldn't really tell me when the piece was due in. I know this is a small family run business but Saturday is the main day for purchasing products for people maybe someone that knows what they are doing should be in the shop . I ll never shop here again I've taken the chain some where else to be fixed at a cost to me . It's a present you want to get it back as soon as possible to the person you gifted"
"The arcade jeweller has been in bray since I can remember. It is run by a family (from what I can tell!) the women are always so helpful and make sure to give you their time and suggestions while you root through their treasures. A mix of old and new I haven't found anywhere where else that has such good value. If you are looking for something special this is the place. At the moment if you want to go you need to book an appointment over Facebook. Highly recommend."
