"Couldn't recommend it more! Called at 3 pm and had the phone screen fixed by 6 pm the same day! The repair took only 10 minutes came to my house to repair the iPhone XR screen and also gave me a screen protector and case for a very affordable price. Very friendly and great communication couldn't be happier. Would recommend it to anyone looking for screen repair."
"Terrible service. Took laptop in for repair two years ago. After a year they finally admitted that they couldn’t fix the problem. Promised to replace the laptop, still waiting! Customer service is an absolute joke. If I could give minus stars I would. Reply to owner- on average it took 3 email enquiries from me before I received a reply. I was fully aware of the age of my laptop, handing it in. I also have a full email thread of what was said. You never sent a bill or looked for payment for your technicians time, presumably because you didn’t fix the laptop. At one stage I said I would leave a review outlining my experience, this was done in the hope that I would actually get a response with an update as to what was happening. The difficulty in fixing the laptop is accepted, however it doesn’t explain this two year saga."
