"Unbelievably bad!!! If I could give negative -10000 stars I would. As with ALL other negative reviews & complaints shop owners state no possible way "product/services could fail" and its CUSTOMERS FAULT ONLY. I purchased phone case and screen protector. After some brief time two corners fractured and literally fell off case (due to no stress or damage) which I believe is due to very rigid case material inflexibility, and I recently requested replacement, and was told I dropped it as reason for case failure. I never dropped the phone and told shop owner my phone and the cover itself has no scratches or any other damage whatsoever so how could I have dropped it as they claim, they basically said I was lying in front of other customers, which brings a new meaning to unprofesionlism. I would have to drop phone&case off a 4x story building to cause two corners to completely break off, and then phone and rest of cover would obviously have serious damage? They get these covers from China at less than €2 and charge €10. As advised to them, how could they be so obtuse as to lose/alienate customers by refusing to replace their inferior products which they could replace 5x over, for price of 1x cover? Owner also refused to provide registered business address for delivery of letters, as address does not show on CRO website. Owner also said if it was few days they would replace cover but not weeks. So by their own admission covers only last few days? I provided them opportunity via personal visit, email (which they refused to respond to and did receive) and then telephone call, to replace cover (for mere circa €2 cost to them). They have refused all reasonable consideration, responded arrogantly, and hence my review, which I have never left a negative review despite other bad experiences, but this seriously bad customer service is beyond comprehension. When you leave this shop don't expect after sales service, and as per other reviews if you have a phone hardware or software service issue for refund, kiss your money goodbye, as with any other issue, If you have any problems "it's your fault! " Waiting to see them now blame me and turn this complaint into a customer fault, as per usual response to ALL other negative reviews. The owners need serious management and customer service training!"
